On 17 July 2020, G4S Care and Justice Services (UK) Ltd (“G4S C&J”), a 100% subsidiary of the G4S plc (“G4S”) group, entered into a deferred Prosecution Agreement (“DPA”) with the Serious Fraud Office (“SFO”), after the G4S C&J will pay a fine of approximately £38.5 million, plus the cost of the SFO.
